Prayer and Fasting, Supernatural Systems of the Ages: Part 2
The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies!

Jesus said that men always ought to pray and not lose heart. Prayer is a system for men to live by; every kind of provision from God was, and is, released through the medium of prayer, and the Lord's Prayer gives insight into this reality. It is no wonder that God said He sought for a man to stand in the gap for a nation, for men of prayer are God's mediators, the interfaces of His will on earth. Sadly, this generation has created systems of dependency that have nullified the significance of prayer in our lives.
Modern Christians rely on the systems of men for their provision. They would stake their lives on the systems of this world, designed to make "life easier." But we should ask ourselves whether, had Adam not caused the human race to fall, we would need technology at all. Is there technology in heaven? There is not. Technology is a tool that will ultimately be used to establish the system of the Antichrist. The technology of the righteous has always been embedded in words, and prayer and prophecy have always been the best systems for expressing their power. A study of the life of Jesus will reveal that He depended above all on the voice of God and on prayer for the sustenance of His life. His ministry operated on the Word: He healed diseases, and solved the problems of His generation, with words.
In the last days this truth will become even more relevant, when the system of the Antichrist calls for compromise and men have to sell their souls to take part in the economic and political activities of those days. The Lord once told me that today's world currencies are physical representations of the Antichrist system. Without currency you can do or have very little; we use it to buy and sell, and must have it. But in days not far from now, all this will be replaced by the mark of the Antichrist system. While this will ultimately take place after the Rapture of the Church, there will be shadow implementations of the system while we Christians are still on this earth.
So how will we overcome, and what system will we use to survive the persecution of those days? We are seeing it today in vaccination passport programmes, which threaten economic, social and political exclusion for everyone who will not take the vaccine. Will you succumb, or will you rise to reclaim the prescribed way of the Spirit for your life, prayer and fasting? They are currencies in the Spirit with which you can transact with God. The main business of life must become prayer, and receiving commands from the voice of God. God has given His people a sceptre of priesthood to rule in the midst of our enemies, and we will rule. We will, and we must, live above every satanic system, in the name of Jesus.
